I rang Mike with time pressure to fix a damaged ceiling light that had come loose from the ceiling. Not only did he respond quickly and arrive a soon as he said (appreciated due to a time pressure situation) but he made sure he put me at ease that he could quickly and without hale some my problem.
He works methodically and has a very clear route to the end result, and communicates it very well, with solutions to any difficulties encountered on the way.
Additionally. Mike’s manner is uplifting and positive.

His communication was second to none, always updating us and giving prompt answers to any queries. He took the time to discuss and figure out solutions to my many requests. I would highly recommend Mike and his team. Extremely efficient and professional. Mike helped me with my electricity emergency so quickly with a good fair price. The team came out in the evening and fitted me in really quickly. Thanks Mike. Great Service..

Thank you Mike! We had a socket that tripped the power and was making a fizzing burning sound and smell. Mike was able to get to us within a couple of hours and fixed the issue in under an hour. He also gave extra advice. Really nice and professional guy, explained the pricing on the phone so we knew what to expect. Will call again for future issues.

I contacted Mike in the middle of the night for an urgent partial power outage we were experiencing. He got to our place promptly and in the span of only 1 hour he managed to diagnose the issue and resolve it. Through it all he was incredibly professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. We rang Mike in what we thought was an emergency with our sockets/oven tripping. He didn't even need to come out to tell me what was wrong and was extremely honest and upfront about the situation. Amazing guy, great electrician. Knows exactly what he's talking about...unlike me!

Mike answered our call at 8am on a Sunday morning after we had woken up with all the power off. He talked us through what to do and over the phone we were able to isolate the issue to our dishwasher or washing machine appliances allowing us to turn everything else back on. Really appreciated his expertise and help! Thanks so much!

We called Mike at 5pm on Sunday, December 31 – probably not the easiest time to find an electrician – but he was with us in 2 hours, and in the interim provided helpful advice on our electrical emergency. He was the friendliest, happiest electrician we've ever used and he addressed the issue quickly. I was amazed he was willing to work late on New Year's Eve to answer all the calls (he was off to another job after ours). Mike was courteous, obviously very knowledgeable and communicated everything about the process really well, and graciously put up with being observed and the many questions I asked. He fixed the problem after carefully troubleshooting the issue and I was very pleased with the results. Mike responded very quickly to my problem and sent his team within 1.5 hours. They found the cause and fixed it within the hour. Very efficient and courteous, I can definitely recommend and would use him again.

Mike did a fantastic job in fixing my job switch. He explained the issue and what went wrong and then fixed it easily. All costs were explained upfront so very happy with the job.
